2. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer shipping within Bangladesh only.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight,Hight and delivery location. 
• Estimated delivery times are provided for (inside dhaka 1-3 Day.) (Outside Dhaka 2-4 Day)
• Ahbab Art Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange unused and unopened items within [20] days of receipt.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We will not accept returns for used items, damaged items due to customer negligence, or items without original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within [3-5] business days of receiving the returned item.
